This signature full-bodied blueberry tea is artisan-crafted melding into a subtle union the health-boosting antioxidant properties of wild blueberries with Mediterranean sage to provide a slightly minty finish for this tart-sweet, savoury, drink. Organic sage is a member of the mint family and contains a variety of antioxidants in the form of volatile oils, flavonoids and phenolic acids. A relaxing fruity and fun steep that should be used to uncork any time of the day. This is an excellent blueberry tea to have over ice.

1. Heat water to 97 degrees Celsius.
2. Place tea in cup and pour water over the leaves.
3. Steep for 5-7 minutes.
4. Enjoy!

For loose leaf iced teas, use 3 tsp per 237 millilitre glass and double the steep time.
