What types of shipping do you offer in Australia, and what are your rates?
Free shipping is available on all orders over $80. Flat rate shipping is available for $15 Australia wide and $35to New Zealand. Orders are shipped with Australia Post or Couriers Please. Order confirmation and tracking details will be sent to the email provided.
How quickly will my order ship?
Once your order has been received it will be dispatched within 2 business days.
What is your Returns Policy?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, Tea Forté will gladly refund your purchase of tea or accessories within 30 days of receipt. You must contact us prior to returning your products. We do not accept returns without an RFC number. If you have an item that you wish to return, please contact us at customerservice@teaforteau.com to receive a Return From Customer number (RFC). We do not issue credit for items returned without an RFC number. We do not cover the costs of return shipping charges unless due to company error. In order to receive full credit, all returns must be unopened, in their original packaging and in resalable condition with an RFC number.

Tea Forté accepts Visa, MasterCard, Shop Pay, Apple Pay. All transactions are in Australian Dollars.
